Crustless Spinach Quiche


  • Spinach 300g
  • 2 Eggs
  • Feta Cheese


Steam the spinach for 15 – 20 minutes.

While the spinach is steaming, chop up the feta cheese into small blocks or crumble. You can cut up or crumble about 2 handfuls worth.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Once the spinach is done steaming, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Add salt and pepper for taste.

Pour the mixture into an oven dish or a tart dish and bake in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes.

Best served warm.


*Double the amount of everything to make a larger quiche.

* Want some extra taste? Add some chopped up ham or pepper dews. Yum yum!
