Sweeten That Water

Water is an important element in health and general fitness. It is crucial to stay properly hydrated, but also sometimes really difficult!

If you struggle to get in all eight glasses of plain water every day, try to make it taste better to make it a little more easier on yourself by infusing you water.

These ideas are also great to use for detox. Speaking of which, remember not to overdo it and to be drinking plain water in between as well.

All you need to do is add these ingredients (one or a combination of a few), chopped or sliced, into your water:

  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Strawberry
  • Apple
  • Kiwi
  • Mint
  • Orange
  • Watermelon
  • Berries
  • Basil

These are just a few ideas! Find what works for you, what you find tasty and get hydrated!
