Bacon Wrapped Breakfast Snacks

Need an easy, but creative and yummy finger-food-breakfast idea?

Well here is one to bring along to the table in different forms for each unique enjoyable taste. Plus, it could be pretty healthy.

Bacon Wrapped Treats!

Ingredients:

  • Shoulder Bacon
  • Eggs
  • Pickles
  • Peppers
  • Cheese
  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

Grill your bacon in a pan. Add salt and pepper for taste (I like to add a little origanum as well).

Next scramble your eggs. My examples are plain eggs, but to add some excitement throw in some chopped peppers and grated cheese.

Finally, dish your egg onto the bacon (add a sliced pickle if you would like) and wrap! Use a toothpick to hold closed.

See, quick and easy. Also really delicious!
